Blechexpo with strongly growing internationality
More and more exhibitors from all over the world present themselves in Stuttgart!
Blechexpo showcases the entire spectrum of thermal and mechanical sheet, profile and tube processing. Schweisstec, which takes place in parallel, is dedicated to all technologies and processes relating to welding, joining and connection technology. With increasing participation from manufacturers and suppliers of the most diverse nationalities, the competence duo will once again score points with the international trade audience from November 5 to 8, 2019.
Blechexpo 2019: Sheet metal processing technology in a global environment
High-end sheet metal processing has long been a global issue. This is demonstrated by the fact that not only market leaders from European countries such as Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Turkey have registered for Blechexpo and Schweisstec 2019, but that leading companies from Asia, especially China, have also decided to exhibit at the show. Already, internationality has increased by almost ten percent from 32 percent in 2017 to 41 percent. “We are already above the final figures of 2017, especially with exhibitors from China and Spain. With some nations, we were even able to double the participation,” says project manager Georg Knauer happily.
Exhibitors and visitors benefit from growing internationalization
All companies will benefit from the international environment of the trade show in 2019. After all, only at a trade event of the highest caliber is it possible to gain such an intensive insight into the sales markets and their supplier systems. “We feel more than confirmed in our concept of strict process orientation by the international influx of leading companies. Showing the practical relevance and applicability of the technologies in everyday industrial life at a trade fair is obviously very popular throughout Europe, in the USA and in China”. The new hall and exhibitor layout ensures an even more realistic and process-oriented approach to everyday practice. It guides and bundles streams of visitors thematically. Short routes lead trade visitors specifically to the product areas in which they are explicitly interested.
Targeted visitor flows through thematic hall layout
While leading sheet metal processing companies will be presenting their innovations in halls one and three, the focus in halls four and six will be on the subject of stamping technology, and the latest technologies relating to pressing and forming will be presented in hall eight of the Stuttgart trade fair center. Visitors interested in cutting (hall five), welding and joining (hall seven) will also be able to see a concentrated range of products and services and, if they are interested, will be able to access other areas of the show via short routes.
The new and larger hall ten now also offers sufficient space for the growing range of services from the steel service area. Numerous new exhibitors take the opportunity to introduce themselves to the global trade audience and established, long-standing participants can increase their exhibition space. This fulfills a long-held wish of the exhibitors and the exhibitor advisory board.
