Mastering difficult tasks effortlessly - this is the core competence of our TML 400 R. The lifting magnet, weighing only 8.2 kg, was developed to move pipes or curved parts weighing up to 400 kg. The prism is providing ideal holding forces for round steel and pipes with a diameter between 50 mm and 400 mm. Furthermore you benefit from our patented TML technology (Thin Material Lifting). Due to the optimal unfolding of the magnetic force field, the TML 400 R is achieving considerable magnetic holding forces even at low mass application. This means, that it already adheres to thin-walled materials from a thickness of 2 mm. From 15 mm thick steel the tear-off force is 1200 kg. The pivotable and 360° rotatable load swivel is providing flexibility for a wide range of applications: Activate the TML 400 R with the user-friendly one-hand operation, connect the load swivel with a hook to a safety flap or with a load loop to your crane, or with a pulley block to move pipes safely and comfortably. Furthermore, the TML 400 R has a long service life, because the TiN coating is protecting the magnetic surface against damage and premature wear.
