EGB - The next machine generation, operator and environmentally friendly. Based on the successful press brake series with automatic ATC tool changer, AMADA is presenting the next evolutionary stage of this technology at Blechexpo. The new full-electric press brake series EGB with up to 1300kN has a high-precision, oil-free drive. The new, powerful crowning system is also controlled by two independently working servomotors. A special feature of the EGB 1303 ATCe is the new backgauge with three independently movable gauge fingers. Through the use of 6 independently controlled axes, the previous gauging positions can be significant improved. The automatic tool changer with a higher tool capacity noticeably minimizes the set-up effort and avoids errors. The newly developed angle measuring system BI-S II, which works almost twice as fast, also makes a significant contribution to increasing productivity. The newly developed AMNC4ie/Tablet HMI automatically moves to the work position and shows the process flow and reduces the error rate.
