Incidentally, on the second day of the trade fair (8 November 2023) the winners will present their award-winning innovations at the exhibitor forum.

Together with trade journals Blechnet and MM Maschinenmarkt, Schall trade fair promoters will present the sixth innovation award at this year’s Blechexpo/Schweisstec. The “best-Award 2023” brand was introduced this year for to this end, which incorporates the trade fair slogan “Be Part of the Best”, which in turn is based on the initials of the trade fair duo’s logo: Blechexpo/Schweisstec. The award criteria adopted by the experts remain constant: Each submitted innovation must be an entirely new development, or a further development or improvement that differs substantially from the previous state of the art. Each innovation must be exhibited at the trade fair and may not be a prototype. The following criteria are taken into consideration in the jury’s evaluation:

• Degree of innovation
• Added value for the user
• Unique selling point of the respective solution
• Economic efficiency
